CANet is hosting their 2023 Public Forum on the evening of Wednesday, October 25, 2023, at Le Westin Montreal hotel (Montreal, Quebec) in partnership with Pewaseskwan and the Canadian Heart Function (CHF) Alliance.
A unique event informed by patients and caregivers for patients and caregivers.
The Public Forum brings together the public, patients/caregivers, and healthcare professionals to hear from and pose questions to leading cardiac experts and guest speakers and share stories/experiences of living well.
Along with Pewaweskwan and the CHF Alliance, we welcome all cardiac patients and caregivers to attend our free event to interact with your community in a kind, safe, and respectful manner.
