SUMMARY:Mental Health & Wellness while Living with Cardiovascular Disease
DESCRIPTION:Global Heart Hub and Serce na Banacha are excited to present this session on mental health and wellness for all those living with or affected by cardiovascular disease. \nWe will hear from certified clinical psychologist Dr Anna Mierzyńska\, whose expertise is in clinical health psychology and cardiac psychology. She will be presenting on the mind-body connection\, addressing the stigma around mental illness\, and strategies for patients looking to manage mental health challenges\, communicate with loved ones & get support\, and work with their care team to build in mental health care. \nPatient advocates Marcin Rucinski and Jackie Ratz will also join us to help uplift the patient voice and shed light on mental health challenges & strategies from the patient perspective\, as well as discuss the benefits of finding and building communities. The webinar will be presented in English\, but will have live audio translations into Polish. \nREGISTER TODAY
