Join HeartLife’s 3rd Annual E3 Patient Day focused on Engaging, Educating and Empowering (E3) Canadians and their caregivers who live with heart failure. The FREE event is open to Patients, Caregivers, Healthcare Professionals, Industry Partners, and the general public.

Sessions throughout the day will cover such topics as:
- The Importance of Mental Health
- Guideline Directed Medical Therapy (Heart Failure Meds)
- Innovative Technology such as wearables, AI, and Echo’s.
- The event will open and close with special guest speakers!
